PURPOSE:To realize a high density integrated multiorifice capable of stably injecting a flown ink small droplet while reducing the size thereof and aiming high picture element density or the high speed recording of an image, by forming an annular projection around orifice from a resin. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 2 is bored in a thin plate 1 made of stainless steel by a press and a photoresist sheet is connected to the surface of the thin plate 1 and a master pattern is further superposed thereon to expose said photoresist sheet from above and an unnecessary part is removed by an org. solvent to form an annular projection 6 due to the remaining of the resist material. The thin plate 1 is connected to an ink chamber 7 capable of receiving ink 4 and a piezoelectric vibrator 3 is adhered to the side wall of the ink chamber 7. Because the meniscus of the ink at the projection 6 has a size reaching the outer diameter of the projection, the dripping of the ink is prevented and a minute ink droplet can be stably injected and no offsetting of the jet direction is also generated. Further, a multiorifice wherein a plurality of orifices are formed to a flat plate is easy to form and the orifice of high density arrangement is obtained. |
