PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin having rapid curability and giving a cured product having high adhesivity, flexibility and low-temperature thermal decomposition property, by reacting a specific polyurethane having terminal isocyanate group with a hydroxyl-containing acrylate, etc., and compounding a specific mercapto compound to the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin can be prepared by reacting (A) a polyurethane having terminal isocyanate group and a molar ratio of (NCO/OH) of >=1.05 and obtained by compounding (a) a polyisocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, etc. with (b) ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, etc. and a compound having a molecular weight of 200-1,000 and obtained by the reaction of excess glycols with a polybasic carboxylic acid, with (B) the compound of formula I (R is H or CH3; R' is 2-6C aklylene), formula II (n is 1-6), etc. or (c) the compound of formula III (R1 is 1-3C alkyl or H; R2 is H, CH3, etc.; R3 is 1-6C alkyl), formula IV, etc. and compounding the obtained composition with (D) the compound of formula V, formula VI, etc.
