PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of vibration and noise on the ground surface by a method in which a vibrator is set in the lower part of the inside of a casing, and the casing is penetrated into the ground while being turned. CONSTITUTION:A rotary driver 5 is actuated, and a casing 3 is penetrated into the ground while being turned. When a given depth is reached, sand is charged into fixed tubes 6 and 13 from a hopper 7. Compressed air is supplied from an air nozzle 9 into the fixed tubes 6 and 13, a valve mechanism 8 is closed, as shown by full line, by the compressed air to raise air pressure in the fixed tubes 6 and 13, and a vibrator 12 in the lower part of the casing 3 is actuated to apply vibration to the surrounding sand. The sand is pressed from above by the compressed air and compacted by the vibration of the vibrator 12. The casing 3 is pulled up, the bottom cover 8 is opened, and the sand is pushed out from the lower end of the fixed tube 13 to form a sand pile. |
