PURPOSE:To control a device only from the safety side by preventing the home use device from being controlled when a safety contact is closed and a monitoring signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:Since the safety contact 31 is opened for a device not requiring safety control, e.g., air-conditioner or the like, the control signal can turn on or off a device 17. conversely, the safety contact 31 is closed for a device requiring the safety control, e.g., electric lock, an output of an NAND circuit 30 goes to H level when the monitoring signal is at L level, the control signal is outputted from an AND circuit 29, inputted to an I/O interface 26 and when the monitoring signal goes to H level, the control signal is not inputted to the I/O) interface 26. Thus, the safety is ensured by using the monitoring signal at L level for unlocking of an electric lock. |
