PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of flocs by a method in which a coagulant is charged into a sludge sending pipe leading to a reclamation site, coagulated particles in spillway are adhered to the water-permeable film of a pretreating filter and removed, and fine particles passing through the water-permeable film are removed by an adsorptive filter. CONSTITUTION:A coagulant is charged from a chemical charger 3 into any place of a sludge discharge pipe 2 through which mud water is flowed into a reclamation site surrounded by a reclamated revetment 1. Spillway generated in the reclamation site passes through a pretreating filter 5 and an adsorptive filter 6 by circumventing the tip of a training levee 4, where flocs in the spillway are reduced and water of quality less than a standard value of waste water is flowed from the spillway port 7 to the surrounding water area. The quality of spillway can thus satisfy the effluent standard without extremely reducing the amount of flocs in spillway. |
