PURPOSE:To handle files in an even way by dividing each picture information into plural groups corresponding to each transmission mode to set the priority to these groups and transmitting sequentially the picture information of each group in order of higher priority. CONSTITUTION:A storage/reproduction part 2 is added to a facsimile part 1 containing an automatic transmission/reception function of a sequential multiple address device MFX. This facsimile part 1 is provided with a scanner 1a, a buffer 1c connected to a printer 1b, a control information adding circuit 1g, a CPU 1h, a network control circuit 1f, an external memory interface 1k connected to the part 2, etc. While the part 2 is provided with a CPU2e, an RAM2g, an input part 2h, a picture memory 2c, etc. The memory 2c forms a picture information file and sets a transmission mode, etc. of said file. Then each picture information is divided into plural groups corresponding to each transmission mode, and the priority is set to each group. Thus the picture information is sequentially transmitted in the order of higher priority. |
