PURPOSE:To obtain a printing plate for printing a small lot of 100-1,000 sheets having sufficient sensitivity even to semiconductor laser beams by using a photoconductive layer composed of a phthalocyanine pigment, ZnO, and ZnS, and an electrically conductive toner to form a printing plate for electrostatic printing. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body 3 is composed of a conductive substrate 1 and a photoconductive layer 2 prepared by dispersing into a binder resin, ZnO, ZnS, and a phthalocyanine pigment, such as X-type (alpha-type, beta-type) metal-free phthalocyanine, epsilon-type (alpha-type, beta-type) copper phthalocyanine, or various other phthalocyanines. The photosensitive body 1 is exposed to semiconductor laser beams 4, the obtained latent image is developed with an electrically conductive toner, and fixed to form a printing plate for electrostatic printing. |
