PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy food having high contents of calcium, and other minerals, pH adjusting and controlling action on intestinal function, by fermenting a mixture of crushed fossil shellfish. CONSTITUTION:Fossil shellfish crushed into 300-400 meshes is blended with Sake lees in a weight ratio of 4:6, fermented at 50-60 deg.C for about 10 days, dried at 150-200 deg.C for about 5hr and simultaneously sterilized, and crushed. |
