PURPOSE:To enable to normally feed a paper without generating any jamming or the like, by controlling a paper feeding speed through comparing a line feed quantity with a preset safe line feed quantity. CONSTITUTION:A line feed quantity command A and a preset safe line feed quantity set by a setting circuit 7 are compared with each other by a comparing circuit 6. When the command A becomes larger than the preset safe line feed quantity, a driving circuit 4 is controlled by a controlling circuit 5 operaing in response to a comparison output from the circuit 6. Accordingly, the feed of the paper at a high speed corresponding to the preset safe line feed quantity is decelerated, and the paper 1 is continuously fed always normally, without generating jamming or the like. |
