发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF RESIN-IMPREGNATEDLY MOLDED COIL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the title coil from generation of a defect void, and to enhance the insulation characteristic by a method wherein before the coil is to be impregnated with low viscosity resin, high viscosity resin is adhered to the under edge part of the coil adhered with a hardening promotor to form sealing layers. CONSTITUTION:After an electromagnetic coil 8 is heated to be dried by a drying stove, the coil is put in a vessel 13 filled with high viscosity resin 12 to adhere the high viscosity resin 12 to the under edge part of the electromagnetic coil 8. The high viscosity resin 12 invades to the upper edge part insulating layer containing an air layer of 30-70%, reacts with a hardening promotor adhered thereto to start gelation, and a sealing layer is formed at the under edge part of the coil in a short time. After then, the electromagnetic coil 8 is accommodated in an impregnation tank 10 in a vacuum tank 9, and low viscosity resin 11 is filled up in the impregnation tank to make the inside of the coil to be vacuum impregnated with the resin from the top surface peripheral side of the electromagnetic coil 8. After then, the electromagnetic coil 8 is drawn up from the impregnation tank 10, and by heating the coil in a heating oven not shown in the figure to be hardened, a resin-impregnatedly molded coil is formed.
