PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a battery by dividing a frame for a battery into two parts to form by injection molding and forming a frame in airtightness and leakage free, and installing electrolyte supply and exhaust portions and gas exhaust portion. CONSTITUTION:A frame is divided into two parts and an electrolyte supply path 14 and an electrolyte exhaust path 7 are installed in the frame 15. An inserting frame 18 having a gas exhausting hole 17 is fit in the inside of grooves 12 and 12' for liquid gasket which are installed in the inside of the frame 15 to form a frame body. Electrolyte slightly flow on the zinc plate side from an electrolyte parth 14, but electrolyte leakage to the outside of the battery frame is prevented in order that the inserting frame 18 is placed in the inside of the groove 12. Therefore, short caused by liquid is also prevented. |
