PURPOSE:To discriminate beams of specific wavelengths without using a color filter by providing an illuminant, which receives detecting beams and emits light, and a photoelectric converting body, which receives light emission from the illuminant in the direction crossing with detecting beams and photoelectrically converts it. CONSTITUTION:An illuminant 21, which has an absorption band in a wavelength region such as one of 400-500mm., emits light only by the projection of detecting beams (exciting beams) of said wavelength and consists of a fluorescent substance, is mounted onto a glass substrate 20, a photoelectric converting body 22, which receives fluorescence in the direction crossing with the direction of projection A of exciting beams and photoelectrically converts it, is provided, a metallic electrode 23A and a transparent electrode (or a metallic electrode) 23B are formed, and insulating layers 24 and a resin layer 25 are shaped. The photoelectric converting body 22 emits fluorescence only when exciting beams peculiar to the illuminant 21 are projected, and beams of specific wavelengths previously set can be discriminated by detecting photocurrents flowing through both electrodes 23A, 23B. |
