<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a heating furnace and improve the cooling efficiency by a method wherein a cooling plate is held between an upper coil and a lower coil and the coils and the plate are unified into one unit by applying an insulating tape around the outside circumference and the unit is subjected to a heat curing in the heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 3 is held between an upper coil 1 and a lower coil 2 which are covered with conductor insulation tapes 6. The coils 1 and 2 and the cooling plate 3 are unified into one unit by a ground insulation tape 9. The unit is put into a heating furnace and resin with which the tape 9 is impregnated is subjected to a heat curing so that a unit coil 10 in which the coils 1 and 2 and the cooling plate 3 are bonded to each other and unified is formed. A plurality of the unit coils 10 are piled to form a coil apparatus. With this constitution, the size of the heating furnace can be reduced and a cooling efficiency can be improved.</p> |
