摘要 PURPOSE:To make the energy characteristics of two data-collection detectors having different sizes homogeneous over all channels with high accuracy by making each of a pair of electrod element supports in which electrode elements are inserted by cutting insertion grooves on an insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:An electrode element support 9 is made by forming 300-600 insertion grooves 9a of 0.1-0.2mm width and 30-50mm length on one surface of an insulating plate by cutting. By placing such electrode element supports 9 parallel to each other and inserting electrode elements 4 into insertion grooves 9a formed on facing surfaces, multichannel electrode elements 4 can be held at equal distances. Since this X-ray detector has no seams, a homogeneous energy characteristic is realized over all channels and energy deviations between the channels can be suppressed to below 0.1%. By using a carbon-fiber-reinforced resin as an insulating material and causing the direction of the insulating material in which a larger number of resin fibers per unit length are arranged to correspond to the longitudinal direction of the electrode element support 9, any warps of the insulating plate which might be caused during the formation of the insertion grooves 9a can be prevented.
