PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus for uniformly adhering fine liquid particles to an object to be adhered, constituted so as to contact the leading end of a brush material fixed to the inner surface of a fixed cylinder made of a perforated plate, of which the lower part is always immersed in a liquid container, with the leading end of the brush material fixed to the outer surface of a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Brush materials 21, each of which is formed by bundling wires made of a synthetic resin having high rigidity while grasping the bundled wires by grasping metal fittings having a U-shaped cross-sectional area, are spirally fixed to the inner surface of a fixed cylinder 2 made of a perforated plate of which the lower part is always immersed in a container 1 of a liquid to be sprayed such as printing ink. On the other hand, brush materials 31 similar to the brush materials 21 are spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of a rotary cylinder 3 and fixed thereto by grasping metal fittings. In this case, the cylinder 3 is assembled in the cylinder 2 so that the leading ends of the brush materials 21, 31 are slightly penetrated with each other and the lower part of the cylinder 3 is also always immersed in the container 1 and the liquid adhered to the brush materials 31 is scattered by the friction of both brush materials 21, 31 due to the rotation of the cylinder 3 to be formed into fine particles which are, in turn, injected from the orifices of the cylinder 2. |
