PURPOSE:To intensify joint strength and to improve productivity by feeding separately different molten metals apart at a distance from each other on an inclined metallic belt moving upward. CONSTITUTION:Plural molten metal feeders 3, 3' are disposed apart at an adequate distance on an inclined metallic belt 1 moving upward. Different molten metal flows 4, 4' are fed from the feeders 3, 3' onto the belt 1. The solidified shell 5' of the metal flow 4 fed upstream is laminated on the solidified shell 5 of the metal flow 4 fed downstream and a laminated metallic sheet is obtd. Productivity is improved by such device and the joint strength at the boundary surface of the laminated metallic plate obtd. in the above-mentioned way is intensified. |
