PURPOSE:To perform the mooring rope connecting work smoothly even under wild weather by providing a horizontal frame body from a mooring vessel through a rope and buoy and stopping a catch metal thrown in through a rope from a vessel to be moored to said frame body. CONSTITUTION:A triangular frame body 3 is provided from a moored vessel 1 or quay through a winch 7 and rope 6 while being supported horizontally by a buoy 5. A catch metal 8 is thrown in from the winch 10 in the moored vessel 2 through a rope 9 and stopped to the frame body 3. When forming one side of said triangular frame body 3 as a folded pipe 13, it can be engaged reliably with a vessel to be moored through movement of the mooring vessel 1. Consequently the mooring rope connecting work can be performed smoothly even under wild weather.
