<p>PURPOSE:To prevent increase of the fuel consumption amount by lowering the clutch supplied oil pressure and perfectly releasing the clutch in idling where a car is not started immediately. CONSTITUTION:When a car is equipped with a before-start clutch supplied oil pressure reducing means and the car is not started immediately, in other words, in engine idling where the car stops and at least one among a foot brake and a parking brake operates, the clutch supplied oil pressure is set to the value a little smaller than the value for slightly engaging the clutch. Therefore, erroneous start of the car is prevented. While, if the car is equipped with a before- start clutch supplied oil pressure adjusting means and any of the foot brake and the parking brake is not in operation on starting, the oil pressure for slightly engaging the clutch is supplied for the clutch. Therefore, idling of the engine is prevented.</p> |
