MOLDING DIE FOR CORE INSULATION

PURPOSE:To contrive an enhancement of quality of a core insulation molding and a decrease in a manufacturing cost by a method wherein a parting face seal core, which seals the parting face of a split stator core, is made movable. CONSTITUTION:A parting face seal core 9 is retracted leftwardly by means of a hydraulic cylinder 10 and then a split core 5 is inserted into a bottom force 11. The parting face seal core 9 is advanced rightwardly by means of the hydraulic cylinder 10 at the time of the completion of insertion. A parting face 6 or the split core 5 is brought into a close contact with a parting face seal part 8 of the parting face seal core 9. Top force 12 is properly registered, subsequently a resin is poured thereinto from a gate port 14 so as to effect the molding. After the molding process is finished, the top force 12 and the bottom force 11 are separated and the parting face seal core 9 is retracted leftwardly by means of the hydraulic cylinder 10. An ejection cylinder 15 is lifted to remove the molded product.
