PURPOSE:To uniformize air-fuel mixture and reduce production of noise, by a method wherein burner ports are located between air feed inner cases, and between an air feed case and a air feed outer case. CONSTITUTION:An air feed inner case 11a consists of a burner inner frame 5a, in which a secondary air chamber 3a and flame holding chambers 6, formed on both sides thereof, molded integrally with each other by means of an Al extruding material, an angle secondary air plate 4a, mounted so as to cover an opening, and a pressure uniformizing plate 14. An air feed outer case 11b consists of a burner outer frame 5b, in which a secondary air chamber 3b is molded integrally with a flame holding chamber 6, located on one side, by means of an Al extruding material, a half-angle secondary air plate 4b, mounted to the opening of the burner outer frame, and a pressure uniformizing plate 14. A burner port 2 is positioned between the air feed inner case 11a and the air feed outer case 11b, and this causes air-fuel mixture to flow from the upper stream side of a burner, and causes a secondary air to be fed from an air feed case in which a pressure is uniformized, resulting in excellent distribution, prevention of the occurrence of turbulence, and reduction in creation of noise. |
