PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quantity of information to be communicated. SOLUTION: A processing control part 3 acquires an application information file 11 stored in a storage part 2 when version up of an application program 10 stored in the storage part 2 is instructed by instruction information inputted from an input part 5 and discriminates whether or not information to indicate an expiration date is included in the file. The processing control part 3 discriminates whether or not the current date and time counted by a time counter 7 are before the expiration date when the information to indicate the expiration date is discriminated to be included. The processing control part 3 switches a display picture of a display part 4 and outputs information to inform a user of warning when the current date and time are discriminated to be before the expiration date. After that, the processing control part 3 completes a processing to perform the version up of the application program 10 without accessing a contents server according to the instruction information inputted from the input part 5.
