PURPOSE:To lubricate easily and reliably by ejecting oil delivered from a small pump to be driven by a variable speed motor through an inner piping and nozzles provided with correspondence to the gearing section or bearing. CONSTITUTION:In a reduction gear where a gear row 4 is supported rotatably through a bearing 5 in the housing 1, a small oil pump 2 is fixed while being immersed in oil 10 at the lower section of the housing 1. Said pump 2 is driven by a small variable speed motor 3 provided at the outside of the housing 1. The delivery piping of said pump 2 is fixed on the inner face of housing 1 through a clamp 8 while nozzles 9 are provided on the branches taken from the way of piping 6 or at the tip of the piping 6. Consequently oil is ejected toward the geared section or bearing 5 to perform lubrication at each section smoothly and reliably.
