PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging apparatus, a liquid pippetting apparatus and an inspection sample cleaning apparatus for easily performing the management for keeping working environment and preventing environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This inspection sample cleaning apparatus for cleaning an inspection sample housed on a plate arranged in the liquid pippetting apparatus by using a cleaning liquid 103 is constituted so that a liquid tank 112 for supplying the liquid 103 and a liquid waste recovering tank 110 for recovering liquid waste 103' to be discharged after the cleaning work are connected respectively by using exhausting tubes 111, 113 to the connection ports 119, 120 of a central pipe panel 8 which is arranged in the front of the apparatus within operator's reach from the outside to be visible from the outside. The toxic gas generated from the liquid 103 can be recovered surely by connecting the ports 119, 120 to an exhaust gas recovering route 99 arranged on the outside.
