PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration membrane apparatus for treating water, in which the filtration membrane surface can be cleaned without exerting labor and the water quality can be prevented from being deteriorated when water purification is restarted after the cleaning work and in the treating tank of which a filtration membrane unit and an aeration unit can be installed easily. SOLUTION: This filtration membrane apparatus is provided with a frame-like stand 3 supported by a plurality of supporting legs 6, a plurality of filtration membrane units 4 placed on the stand 3 in stacked states and the aeration unit 5 which is arranged in the lower part of the stand 3 and attached to the legs 6 detachably. A plurality of guards 7 extending vertically are arranged on the stand 3 at regular intervals so that the units 4 can be placed on the stand 3 at the positions surrounded by the guards 7.
