SOLUTION: A card processing unit 30 is a game medium dispensing device which provides game media to a game machine 10 according to the value of bills additionally inserted after insertion of a card on which identification information is recorded. A predetermined sum of money and a premium value given to the player who invested bills equal to the predetermined sum of money are stored in memory as they are correlated with each other. When the sum of the bills additionally inserted equals the predetermined sum of money, the premium value matching the predetermined sum of money is imparted to the identification information and game media are charged to the game machine 10 according to the premium value imparted and the value of the bills additionally inserted.
