The gas-particulate material mixture is conveyed from a pressurized container (1) to a collecting container (2), etc. at lower pressure via a conduit (17). The latter has a number of tube portions, arranged one behind the other at an angle with each other, typically of 90 deg. The bends in the conduit change the direction of flow of the material mixture, resulting in successive reductions in pressure. The pairs of tube portions have an opening between them which is spaced from the closed ends of the upstream and downstream tube such that the closed ends enable accumulation of particulate material. |
