PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and economical combustion sensor which can be used at about >=1,000 deg.C by arranging a transmission rod which is directly heated by combustion flame and forming one electrode, and the other electrode rod in a fixing agent whose resistance is changed by temperature. CONSTITUTION:A combustion sensor 2 forms one electrode, and consists of a transmission rod 3 whose head is heated by a flame F, electrode rod 5, fixing agent fixing the transmission rod 3 and an electrode rod 5 and glaze 6 applied to the surface of the fixing agent 4. Lead wires 7, 8 are connected to the other ends 3a, 5a of the transmission rod 3 and the electrode rod 5. The fixing agent consists of Al2O3 and SiC mainly and its resistance value is reduced by the rise of temperature. Therefore, the resistance between the lead wires 7, 8 is changed by the temperature. The combustion sensor is simplified at its structure and can be used also at about >=1,000 deg.C. |
