PURPOSE:To produce easily sintered parts each having an undercut shape part on the side face by mounting an independent spacer in the section forming a part of dies and molding the spacer integrally with metallic powder in the process of powder molding, then removing the spacer. CONSTITUTION:Raw material metallic powder 4 is packed in dies constituted of a die 1, a lower punch 2 and a core rod 3 and the punch 5 is moved downward to compress and mold lightly the powder. The punch 5 is then moved upward and a spacer 7 is mounted in the section corresponding to an undercut shape; further the powder 4 is packed in the dies and is compressed and molded integrally by the punch 5, thereby forming a desired molding 8. The spacer 7 is removed and the molding is sintered to produce a sintered parts 9. The sintered parts having the undercut are thus easily obtd. without using the intricately constituted dies.
