The invention refers to a tooth brush that is affixed with an in a channel (14) in its handle (10) displaceable tooth-pick (16), which point (17) can be brought to a projected position for use as a tooth-pick. According to the invention the channel's mouth (13) forms a bow-formed track so that the tooth-pick bends elastically and its projected point (17) forms an angle (A) with the tooth-pick's straight body. The point is held in its projected position by the friction against the channel's bow-formed track and even assumes an ergonomically favourable position.
