PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled device and to improve its reliability by holding a piezoelectric porcelain having a single plate or bimorph structure by two metallic plates and forming a vibration system connecting electrodes formed on the piezoelectric porcelain to said metallic plates at its holding parts. CONSTITUTION:A single plate 6 or a bimorph 7 of the piezoelectric porcelain is held and stuck by the metallic plates 8, 9 and only the metallic plates 8, 9 are supported by insulating materials 11 at their supporting parts 10. The metallic plates 8, 9 are connected to the electrodes of the piezoelectric porcelains 6, 7 and also act as lead wires at oscillation parts so that signals are taken out from fixed parts by lead wires 12a, 12b. Said vibration detector can be fitted only by the metallic plates without using the piezoelectric porcelain at the supporting part, so that the structure can be simplified and the reliability can be improved. |
