PURPOSE:To ensure the high-speed input of KANJI (Chinese character) with a simple operation by converting a monosyllablic voice into KANJI by means of a disyllabic KANJI distionary and by the recognition result of the monosyllabic voice. CONSTITUTION:The voice fed through a microphone 1 is supplied to a monosyllabic voice recognizing part 2, and the monosyllabic recognition result R is delivered. The part 2 consists of a feature extracting part 3, a mode changeover switch 4, a standard pattern register part 5 and a similarity calculating part 6. Then the result R is supplied to a KANJI conversion part 7. The part 7 converts a monosyllabic voice into KANJI by the input of the result R and a disyllabic KANJI dictionary 8. |
