PURPOSE:To prevent the cause of a fault from becoming latent, and to raise the reliability of a system by using an unfinished operation file which is in the course of copy processing, for operation restart processing. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of copying information 6-1, 6-2 are provided on operation restart programs 5-1, 5-2 contained in operation files 4-1, 4-2 stored in respective duplexed auxiliary storage devices 3-1, 3-2 and a copying information control part 7 is provided on a central processing unit 1. The central processing unit 1 set the copying information 6-1 provided on the operation restart program 5-1 contained in the operation file 4-1 which is in the course of copying processing, to a logical value ''1'', selects the operation file 4-2 containing the copying information 6-2 set to the logical value ''1'', and executes an operation restart processing. In this way, it is prevented that the cause of a fault becomes latent in case of the operation restart processing by the unfinished operation file 4-1. |
