PURPOSE:To suppress considerably leakage of fine solid content by inserting alternately stationary plates and sliding plates each having a central hole via the holes onto a screw and forming a series of linear grooves so as to enclose said holes. CONSTITUTION:Stationary plates 9a, 9b and sliding plates 10a, 10b respectively having holes 11, 12 are alternately disposed via said holes 11 onto a screw 3 ina screw cylinder 1 and the squeezed water is discharged from the spacings between the same. The plates 9a at both front and rear ends are fixed to the cylinder 1 and the intermediate plates 9b are fixed and supported to the plates 9a before and behind the same by means of supporting shafts 13 penetrating through the four corners thereof. Circular motion is given to the plates, 10a, 10b to slide said plates between the plates 9a and 9b. Two cirrcular linear grooves 14 having the diameter of the concentrical circle different from the diameter of the holes 11, 12 are formed on at least one of the sliding surfaces between the plates 9a, 9b and the plates 10a, 10b. The depth of said grooves is made about 0.1-several mm. and the width about 0.1-several mm.. |
