PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of noise output by providing a projected part extending laterally between a fixed part and a middle part of a ground terminal to a tuning fork so as to make the part just above this projected part thinner than the fixed part. CONSTITUTION:The projected part 11a extended laterally is provided between the fixed part and the middle part of the ground terminal 11 to the tuning fork 1. The part 11b just above the projected part 11a between the fixed part and the projected part 11a is formed thinner than the fixed part. Then, even if a vibration turning the tuning fork 1 around the lengthwise direction of the terminal 11 is applied, the degree where the terminal 11 is twisted is reduced remarkably. Thus, the generation of noise output becomes very rare.
