PURPOSE:To decrease the error and to attain operation at a low voltage by applying negative feedback via a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistors(TR)Q11-Q15 constitute a negative feedback loop. Suppose that a collector current of the TRQ14 is larger than a normal value, a collector current of the TRQ11 is inverted by the TRs Q12, Q13 so as to increase the collector current of the TRQ13. Then, the collector current of the TRQ15 is decreased by the increment of the collector current of the TRQ13. Then, as a result, the collector current of the TRQ14 constituting the mirror circuit and of the TRQ15 is decreased and becomes stable at a steady-state value.
