PURPOSE:To simplify the fixation of paper drain materials on site by means of a simple holding tool by a method in which paper drain materials are fuse-bonded and fixed by means of a rising preventive synthetic resin plate and a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:A rising preventive synthetic resin plate 10 consists of an anchor 12 attached to the tip of a mandrel 1, paired guide plates 16 projectionally provided on the anchor 12, and a slit through which a paper drain material is inserted, formed between the guide plates 16. After the paper drain material 3 is inserted through the slit 14, the drain material 3 is held by a holder 18 with a heating means from sides of paired guide plates 16 and hot-bonded to the guide plates 16. The paper drain materials can be easily and exactly fixed to the anchor on site. |
