PURPOSE:To enable a steam turbine to be controlled in its life consumption, by providing an arithmetic device, which calculates a mismatching amount between steam and metal temperatures of the steam turbine, and a driving gear which opens a steam flow control valve. CONSTITUTION:A gas turbine 3, generator 7 and a steam turbine 5 are coupled to one shaft. An arithmetic device 34, inputting each temperature from a high pressure steam thermometer 29, post initial stage metal thermometer 33, low pressure steam thermometer 28 and a low pressure bowl metal thermometer 31, calculates a mismatching amount between steam and metal temperatures. When the mismatching amount is below a permissible value, an HPCV24 and an LPCV 22 are opened by a valve opening controller 35, promoting a steam turbine load to be increased while suppressing thermal stress to a minimum limit. In this way, life consumption of the steam turbine can be controlled. |
