PURPOSE:To obtain a titled manufacturing device having a simple structure, by which a length of a pipe to be worked is not limited, by connecting a grooved plug for working the inside surface, which exists in a pressing part, to a floating plug, and holding its position, when working the inside surface by pressing a pipe to be worked, by plural planetary rotation working members. CONSTITUTION:A head 31 is rotated at a high speed in the prescribed direction, moving a pipe 1 whose section is circular, and the pipe 1 is reduced by a roll 32 which executes a planetary rotation, making the pipe contact with its outside surface. Also, the pipe 1 is pressed onto a grooved plug 34, and a prescribed groove or projection 12 is formed on the inside surface of the pipe 1. In this case, following a friction to the inside surface of the pipe, an advancing force is operated on the plug 34, but since the plug 34 is supported by a plug 21 through a connecting rod 5, it is always held exactly in an optimum position against the roll 32. Also, a rotational force operating on the plug 34 attaches the plug 34 so as to be freely rotatable to the rod 5, therefore, it does not occur that the plug escapes from said attachment, and the groove or the projection 12 is deformed. |
