PURPOSE:To join easily an aluminum material and a different kind of metallic material irrespective of a shape of a material to be joined, by brazing by no-flux an aluminum material through an aluminum plating layer formed on the surface of a different kind of metallic material. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum plating layer is formed by a physical gaseous phase plating method, on at least a joint surface to an aluminum material, on the surface of a different kind of mettalic material. Subsequently, through this aluminum plating layer, the different kind of metallic material and the aluminum material are brazed by a no-flux brazing method. According to said method, whatever a shape of a material may be, the aluminum material and the different kind of metallic material are joined easily. |
