PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and high-reliability soft copy device without using a high voltage by arranging a means, which supplies a magnetic toner onto the outside circumferential face of a hollow body, and a destaticizing means near a magnet. CONSTITUTION:According as a magnet 31 is rotated, a magnetic toner 15 reaches a destaticizing bar 16 and is stuck to the tip of a recording head 30. A voltage is given to the recording head 30 to stick the magnetic toner 15 to an electrostatic recording film 29 by the Coulomb force. In this system, the magnetic toner 15 is transferred directly to the electrostatic recording film 29, and the recording voltage is a very low 30-50V. A remaining magnetic toner 27 on the electrostatic recording film 29 is brought into contact with the destaticizing bar 16 attached to a sleeve 32 on the outside circumference of the magnet 31, and its electric charge is discharged through the magnetic toner 15, the destaticizing bar 16, and the earth. |
