PURPOSE:To provide a titled pattern which has excellent rigidity and surface accuracy and prevents generation of combustion residue in the stage of casting by consisting the pattern of a polyurethane foam contg. a combustibility accelerator in a mixed state. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for a foamed resin pattern to be used for casting is constituted of a polyurethane foam and a combustibility accelerator is incorporated in said pattern in a mixed state to obtain an easily combustible foamed resin pattern which has good rigidity and surface accuracy and does not generate combustion residue. An oxidizing agent such as KNO3 or KClO4, etc., a self- combustible material such as nitrocellulose or the like or a mixture, etc. thereof are adequately usable for the above-mentioned combustibility accelerator. |
