PURPOSE:To reduce a transient deviation to a small level by inhibiting the addition of a control quantity to the secondary target obtained by adding the control quantity to the target value for a prescribed period of time when the coincidence is obtained between the target value and a control subject. CONSTITUTION:When the target value 8 and the secondary target value 3 are reduced in steps by an external signal 12, the data 1 on the route of a contact SW9-1 is compared 10 with the target value. If no coincidence is obtained from said comparison, a gate 11 is not opened and a register 2-2 has no change. Then the data 1 is subtracted from the value 3 obtained by adding 2-1 an operation quantity 5 to the value 8 through a contact SW9-2. Thus the quantity 5 is turned into the negative value. Then the quantity 5 is applied to a controlled system 6 via a contact SW9-3, and the reduction of the data 1 is started. At the same time, the quantity 5 is added 2-1 to the value 8 and the value 3 is reduced at the time point of the next contact SW9-1. This operation is repeated to detect the coincidence through comparision 10 between the value 8 and the data 1 given from the SW9-1. Thus the gate 11 is opened and the value 8 is set to the register 2-2. Thus a transient deviation is reduced to a small level. |
