PURPOSE:To detect automatically a suitable part for an inspection even in case of a sample by a wedge method, by putting a different label to a pattern in which a red blood corpuscle is separately independent and a pattern connected to the circumference, and deriving an area of each label. CONSTITUTION:A sample 1 is set to a stage 3 by a slide loading means. The sample 1 is moved by a stage driving device 4 so that a sample center part 5 comes under an optical system. These operations are controlled by an arithmetic control device 12. Thereafter, an image of the sample 1 is magnified by the optical system 6 by irradiating a light source 7, and thereafter, focusing is executed by an automatic focusing device 8, a focused point signal is sent to the control device 12, an input device 9 is operated, brought to photoelectric conversion, and A/D-converted. This signal is stored in a picture memory 10, and an arithmetic of a quantity required for detecting a fit position is executed by using a picture processing device 11 basing on its contents. As for the arithmetic processing, a blood image is read out of a picture memory 10 and binary- coded, a necessary processing is executed, and a separated red blood corpuscle is identified by putting a different label. |
