PURPOSE:To improve noise immunity by transmitting a transmission code or a transmission code having opposite polarity in a prescribed period after a data code comprising the transmission code and the transmission code having opposite polarity are transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A transmission code 17 in an N-bit is transmitted and an inverted transmission code 18 having opposite polarity to the transmission code is transmitted successively in a device where instruction information is coded, modulated and transmitted as a digital remote control signal, and this signal is demodulated at the receiving side and the instruction is decided. Then, a remote control signal immune to noise is obtained by transmitting a data code in a 2N-bit. Further, while a transmission instruction is consecutive, the transmission code 17 or the transmission code 18 of opposite polarity is transmitted repetitively in a specific period. |
