PURPOSE:To attain the conversion of a binary picture data in high speed by constituting the compressing conversion system of the binary picture data by means of a simple hardware. CONSTITUTION:When a data b1 is inputted, it is discriminated as zero by a zero detecting circuit 1 and the content of a counter 2 is incremented by one. The similar operation is repeated until a data b70 and the value of the counter 2 becomes 70. When a data b71 is inputted to the circuit 1, since this data is not zero, it is zero, it is fed to a control code detecting circuit 3, and whether or not it is the control code is discriminated. Since the data b71 is not the control code, the data is fed as it is to an output control circuit 61. The circuit 6 detects that a data other than zero is inputted from the circuit 1, reads the content of the counter 2 and outputs data b1-b70 while conducting compressing conversion. |
