PURPOSE:To form a diaphragm with excellent characteristic by impregnating and curing a resin to the degree not reaching the surface from a rear side of a ceramic layer formed by plasma melt-spray. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing process of the diaphragm for a speaker consists of a ceramics melt-spray process 20 to a die, a process 22 release a ceramic thin plate from the die, a resin impregnating process 24 reinforcing the diaphragm, and a curing processing process 26. The melt-spray process 20 is a process to form a ceramic layer by melt-spraying a ceramics to the die whose surface is processed smoothly by means of the plasma melt-spray and this ceramics layer is released from the die by the die releasing process 22. The resin is impregnated from the rear side to a degree not reaching the surface of the ceramics layer by the resin impregnating process 24. Since the sound irradiating face is kept in the plasma melt-spray state, the internal loss becomes a proper value and the mechanical strength is also high. |
