PURPOSE:To reduce a pulley to a compact size and to improve the durability of the pulley by rotating a discoidal steel plate to be divided toward the center by slotting, forming multiple V-grooves on the outer peripheral edge compressed and increased in thickness by rolling, and molding the central part with a web. CONSTITUTION:A discoidal steel plate is rotated to be divided toward the center by slotting, and multiple V-grooves 1 are formed on the outer peripheral edge compressed and increased in thickness by rolling. The central part comprises a web 2 coupled to the outer peripheral edge. Thus, multiple V-grooved pulley having a comparatively small diameter can be molded, and the multiple V- grooves 1 bearing a belt are coupled to the web 2 at the central part thereof to receive the force, so as to improve durability of the pulley. |
