PURPOSE:To accurately transport semi-conductor products to apredetermined position and reduce troubles during the transportation by inserting semi-conductor products into recesses formed on a transporting device and transporting them. CONSTITUTION:A preset product 11 is inserted into a corresponding recess 12 among multiple recesses 12 formed on a transporting device 10. Next, the whole transporting device 10 is shifted at a predetermined pitch, and after the product 11 is transported to a machining position P, the transporting device 10 is slightly shifted upward, and after releasing the product 11, it is returned to the original position. At the same time, the product 11 is machined at the position P, the succeeding product 11' is inserted into the recess 12 of the transporting device 10, the machined product is inserted into the preceding recess 12', the succeeding product 11' is likewise transported to the machining position P and machined, and the preceding product 11 is transported to the next predetermined position. Such an operation is repeated, and machined products 11, 11', 11''... are discharged in sequence from a processing device. |
