PURPOSE:To reduce a cost, by integrating a solenoid valve with a temperature- sensitive changeover valve. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic mechanism 22 is put in operation, a plunger 23 is attracted to move a shaft 21 rightward to close an inlet port 12 by a valve 17 under the urging force of a spring 18. When the electromagnetic mechanism 22 is not in operation and the temperature is high, the spring 28 is elongated to a memorized form to move the shaft 21 leftward through the medium of a diaphragm 26 to push the valve 17 leftward so that the inlet port 12 is opened. Since the electromagnetic mechanism 22 and the spring 28 made of a form-memorizing alloy are assembled together, their fitting in a carburetor float chamber is facilitated. |
