PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorating transfer sheet, with which a decoration such as hologram excellent in designability is given to the surfaces of various articles by means of a vary simple technique, a surface decorating method of the articles and the decorated articles. SOLUTION: This surface decorating transfer sheet consists of a base material sheet, a layer having a finely rugged shape formed on one side of the base material sheet, a reflective layer formed separably on the rugged surface and a bonding layer formed on the surface of the reflective layer.
